Hi….I’m Karen Casey!

Photography has always been more than a job for me, it’s how I connect with people and the world around me.

I grew up in Moncton and left at 18 to study photography, learning the art of film, the darkroom, and the foundations of visual storytelling. That love for photography and for travel  never left. I eventually returned home, where Casey & Co. Photography Studio was born, and where our studio and office proudly live today.

Over the years, photography has taken me across the world, introduced me to incredible people, and allowed me to turn a passion into a full-time career. One built on curiosity, creativity, and connection.

Today, my life looks a little different in the best way. I’m married, raising our little one Thalia, and balancing life as a photographer, business owner, and proud dog mom. Becoming a wife and a mom has deepened how I see moments, connection, and time  and it’s shaped the way I show up for my clients in the most meaningful ways.

At Casey & Co., we believe photography should feel personal, calm, and intentional. Whether we’re photographing weddings, families, brands, or spaces, our focus is always the same: creating images that feel real, natural, and true to the people in front of the lens.

I have always had a love for photography and for the travel. Being from Moncton, I moved at the age of 18 to Fredericton, to study photography and the art of the darkroom. Moved back to my home town of Moncton. I currently have my studio, and office here in Moncton, NB. However my heart is where my camera takes me. My photography has allowed me to travel all over the world. IT all started as a passion developing film in a photo lab, to becoming my full time career. I am truly following my dream and passion, everyday is a new adventure.

As I have been through the planing process of my own wedding recently & loved every single minute of it. That’s why I am not just your photographer, but I am there every  step of the way. Being there for you through the entire process. Helping you plan and giving you any help you may need. Making sure that your day is as perfect as you had dreamed of.

I believe it’s super important to have a relationship with all my clients. This provides the best experience and will reflect on your end results of your images. I become much more then then your photographer but a friend for life! I go into each project with a fresh and positive attitude and bring on each situation with a smile.
